Burger Factory — Lawrenceville

Address: 911 Duluth Highway Suite E1, Lawrenceville, GA 30043

Status: Targeting an end-of-summer opening; currently in permitting and buildout.

What to expect: A fast-casual burger concept making its Georgia debut. The space will be just under 2,000 square feet with dine-in and takeout service.

Menu highlights: Signature burgers like the Juicy Lucy, poutine, funnel cake, and Tornado Fries.

Hours: Planned daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Who’s behind it: Franchisee Siraje Yosef, bringing the Canada-based concept stateside after discovering it at a franchise expo.

The Bep Teahouse — Norcross

Address: 6110 Oakbrook Pkwy Suite 102, Norcross, GA 30093

Status: Early development; aiming for a late summer opening.

What to expect: A Vietnamese boba tea shop with a full kitchen, designed to serve as a community hub. This will be the largest location yet for the brand.

Menu highlights: Boba teas, soursop drinks, popcorn chicken, bánh mì sandwiches, and other Vietnamese snacks.

Hours: Not announced yet.

Who’s behind it: Franchisee Hugh Do, expanding his footprint with a third location and plans for future growth.

Status: Opening in the coming weeks, pending final permits and approvals.

What to expect: A casual Mexican eatery located inside a BP convenience store, focused on quick and accessible meals for nearby workers and shoppers.

Menu highlights: Tacos, seafood dishes, and traditional Mexican fare.

Who’s behind it: Owner Fany Bonilla Flores, who also operates another restaurant in the area.

Status: Targeting a June 1 opening, pending final inspections and construction.

What to expect: A hybrid commissary kitchen supporting a food truck, takeout service, and delivery operations. The setup allows for steady production and broader menu offerings.

Menu highlights: Fried chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, potato salad, plus rotating meal prep options like turkey and spinach lasagna.

Hours: Planned Wednesday–Saturday 11 a.m.–9 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m.–6 p.m.

Who’s behind it: Owner Patrice Hill, expanding her food truck operation into a full kitchen hub.
