What to expect : Expanded standalone restaurant with about 50 seats, replacing a much smaller prior setup. Includes a sushi bar and separate drink bar.

Menu highlights : Latin-Japanese fusion sushi, ceviche, tacos, and Peruvian-influenced dishes.
