Medgemma 1.5 4b, useful?

Dears, having a look at medgemma 1.5 4b in lm Studio I tried to feed it a skin mole for assessment, basically I got some descriptive remarks and the recommendation to better ask a doctor. → useless? Feeding a blood test report, I got remarks on out of range values but they were in range, multiple lines misread and commented out of range with no justification, even after asking. → useless? What can I do better to make use of the model? Is there a key to make it look more carefully? Has someone tested it with X-Rays ? Regards
