  "textContent": "Dears,\nhaving a look at medgemma 1.5 4b in lm Studio I tried to feed it a skin mole for assessment, basically I got some descriptive remarks and the recommendation to better ask a doctor. → useless?\n\nFeeding a blood test report, I got remarks on out of range values but they were in range, multiple lines misread and commented out of range with no justification, even after asking. → useless?\n\nWhat can I do better to make use of the model?\nIs there a key to make it look more carefully?\nHas someone tested it with X-Rays ?\n\nRegards",
