Pro subscription not activated after successful payment (no invoice in Billing)

Hi Hugging Face team, I’m having an issue with my Pro subscription.
Username: Ayselmalikova
Payment: completed/posted on my bank side on 15 Feb 2026, 14:07 (UTC+04:00 / Asia/Baku)
Merchant: HUGGINGFACE
My account is still not Pro , and Settings → Billing shows no payment/invoice.
I already contacted support and have an open ticket: #30049. Could someone please help route this to the billing team or advise what else I should do?
