lakitu camera

Recently a friend of mine played srb2 for the first time and had a lot of problems with the camera, even with it set to manual. Except the problems weren't really anything along the lines of sensitivity, height, fov, things that can already be changed in the game, rather it's the fact that the camera can't go into walls, which made things complicated in enclosed areas, or occasionally open ones near the walls.
