Tornado watch for 23 Michigan counties until early Wednesday morning

The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch at 8:56 p.m. EDT on Tuesday in effect until Wednesday at 4 a.m. EDT for Allegan, Barry, Calhoun, Clare, Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Ingham, Ionia, Isabella, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Kent, Lake, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, Ottawa and Van Buren counties.
