An oxidizer gas supply portion has an oxidizer gas supply port for supplying an oxidizer gas to the cathode . A contaminant trap portion is disposed on a portion of the cathode on the side with the oxidizer gas supply port and exhibits oxygen ion conductivity and electron conductivity.
