A battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The battery cell includes a housing, an electrode terminal, and a first connector. The housing has a first wall portion with a lead-out hole. The electrode terminal includes a body portion and a flange portion. The body portion is at least partially inserted into the lead-out hole, and the flange portion is connected to one end of the body portion along the thickness direction of the first wall. The flange is positioned on one side of the wall and includes a first end surface facing away from the body portion. A groove is formed in the electrode terminal, with a groove side surface connected to the first end surface. The first connector is welded to the electrode terminal at a weld mark, while a portion of the groove side surface within the flange does not contact the weld mark.
