A battery cell described includes a housing, a sealing member, an electrode terminal, and a first insulating member. A wall part of the housing includes a body and a flange, the body is provided with a first through hole, and the flange is arranged around the first through hole. The sealing member is at least partially arranged around the first through hole. Each electrode terminal is at least partially located in a space defined by the flange, and the sealing member is at least partially sandwiched between the electrode terminal and the body. The first insulating member is located between the flange and the electrode terminal. The flange includes a pressing portion and a first connection portion, the first connection portion connects the body to the pressing portion, the pressing portion presses against the electrode terminal through the first insulating member.
