The present disclosure relates to a battery pack (100) manufacturing device and a method of manufacturing a battery pack (100), and a technical object to be achieved is to provide a battery pack (100) manufacturing device which includes a core molding jig (200) having a plurality of molding parts (230) on which a core pack (110) is seated to minimize a melting cycle, thereby increasing productivity and reducing a mold cost by standardizing the core molding jig (200), and a method of manufacturing a battery pack (100). To this end, a battery pack (100) manufacturing device includes a core molding jig (200) including a molding part (230) on which a core pack (110) of which a bare cell (112) and a protection circuit part (114) are coupled is seated, a mold part (300) which fixes the core molding jig (200), and an injection part (400) which is provided at the mold part (300) and performs a hot-melting process on the molding part (230) to form a resin molding portion (120) on the core pack (110), wherein the molding part (230) is formed as a plurality of molding parts (230) so that a plurality of core packs are seated on the plurality of molding parts (230).
