The present disclosure relates to a battery pack manufacturing device and a method of manufacturing a battery pack, and a technical object to be achieved is to provide a battery pack manufacturing device which includes a core molding jig having a plurality of molding parts on which a core pack is seated to minimize a melting cycle, thereby increasing productivity and reducing a mold cost by standardizing the core molding jig, and a method of manufacturing a battery pack. To this end, a battery pack manufacturing device includes a core molding jig including a molding part on which a core pack of which a bare cell and a protection circuit part are coupled is seated, a mold part which fixes the core molding jig, and an injection part which is provided at the mold part and performs a hot-melting process on the molding part to form a resin molding portion on the core pack, wherein the molding part is formed as a plurality of molding parts so that a plurality of core packs are seated on the plurality of molding parts.
