A battery state management device according to an embodiment of this document includes a first sensor configured to be constantly supplied with power through a first power supply circuit and to detect a state of a battery unit, a switch configured to electrically connect a second power supply circuit that supplies power to a second sensor different from the first sensor to the first power supply circuit, and a power control circuit configured to control an operation of the switch in response to an abnormal signal corresponding to a detection result of the first sensor.
