According to an embodiment disclosed in this document, a power management device may include a first control unit electrically connected to a battery pack, at least one second control unit electrically connected to the first control unit, and an end device electrically connected to the first control unit and the at least one second control unit and configured to control the battery pack. The end device may be configured to receive power from the first control unit and receive a wake-up packet from the at least one second control unit.
