A power management apparatus according to an embodiment disclosed in the this document includes a main controller, an auxiliary controller electrically connected to the main controller, and an end device electrically connected to the auxiliary controller and configured to receive power from a first battery or a second battery, wherein the end device may be configured to: operate based on first power transmitted from the first battery and operate based on second power supplied from the second battery when the first power is not supplied; and transmit at least a portion of the second power to the main controller or the auxiliary controller based on a power over ethernet (PoE).
