The present application relates to the technical field of batteries, and provides a battery cell, a battery, and a power consuming apparatus. The battery cell (20) includes: a shell (21), where a first wall (211) of the shell is provided with an electrode leading-out hole (212); an electrode assembly (22), arranged in the shell, where the electrode assembly is provided with an electrode connecting member (221); and an electrode terminal (23), including a body (231) and a terminal post (232) protruding from one side of the body, where the terminal post penetrates through the electrode leading-out hole, and the body is arranged in the shell and is electrically connected to the electrode connecting member. The body has a first side surface (231a) and a second side surface (231b) arranged opposite to each other along a first direction. A distance between the first side surface and the terminal post is greater than a distance between the second side surface and the terminal post. The battery cell provided in the present application can optimize an arrangement space of components in the battery cell.
