The battery cell includes: a shell, where a first wall of the shell is provided with an electrode leading-out hole; an electrode assembly, arranged in the shell, where the electrode assembly is provided with an electrode connecting member; and an electrode terminal, including a body and a terminal post protruding from one side of the body, where the terminal post penetrates through the electrode leading-out hole, and the body is arranged in the shell and is electrically connected to the electrode connecting member. The body has a first side surface () and a second side surface () arranged opposite to each other along a first direction. A distance between the first side surface and the terminal post is greater than a distance between the second side surface and the terminal post.
