DRIVER ASSISTANCE APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a driver assistance apparatus and a control method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the driver assistance apparatus for a vehicle provided with ISG (Idle Stop and Go) includes: an interface configured to receive driving information of the vehicle; and a processor electrically connected to the ISG and the interface. The processor is configured to perform a predetermined operation for stop control of the vehicle on the basis of the driving information, when the vehicle is stopped in a first state in which the ISG is turned on or in a second state in which a gearshift of the vehicle is shifted to Park (P) and starting is turned on.
