An interference between the first boss (208) and the first interference surface (210) and the second boss (206) and the second interference surface (212) tends to limit the rotation of the rotating member with respect to the second plate (204). The swivel stop (200) may further comprise a rail (218) wherein the second plate (204) is configured to translate along the rail (216).
