Provided is a pneumatic tire including: a sealant layer (22) located radially inside an innerliner; and a sound-absorbing layer (25) located radially inside the sealant layer (22), the sealant layer (22) being formed of a generally string-shaped sealant provided continuously and spirally along the inner periphery of the tire, the sound-absorbing layer (25) being attached with the sealant.
