The invention relates to a torque transmission device (1) comprising: - a first sub-assembly (A) comprising an input clutch (10) and a torque input element (2) rotating about an axis (X), - a support (52) rotationally integral with an electric machine, said support (52) being selectively connected to the input element (2) by the input clutch (10), - a second sub-assembly (B) comprising a first and a second torque output element (6, 7), - a third sub-assembly (C) comprising a main hub (80), a first and a second output clutch (E1, E2) said support (52) forming a bell at least partially enveloping said sub-assemblies (A, B, C) further comprising at least one locking element (71, 72, 73, 74, 75) arranged inside the support (52) and configured to limit the displacement of the sub-assemblies (A, B, C) relative to one another.
