Vehicle vibration device for a vehicle seat or a vehicle cabin with a lower part and an upper part elastically mounted relative to the lower part by means of a damper device, wherein the upper part is suspended from the lower part by means of at least one pivot bearing, wherein the at least one first pivot bearing comprises at least one first lever whose first end is attached to the lower part by means of a first pivot axis and whose second end is attached to the upper part by means of a second pivot axis, wherein the second end lies below the first end when viewed in a height direction, wherein by means of an adjustment device at least one dimension of the upper part and/or at least one dimension of the lower part is changeable in order to change the position of the first lever.
