GAUGE-CHANGEABLE WHEELSET

A gauge-changing wheelset, comprising wheels (6), an axle (7), and locking mechanisms; the wheels (6) are respectively provided at both ends of the axle (7), and are connected to the axle (7) through splines; the locking mechanisms are respectively provided on exterior sides of the wheels (6) and located in axle-box bodies at both ends of the axle (7); the locking mechanisms are connected to the wheels (6) for locking and unlocking the wheels (6), so as to change gauges of the wheels (6). The gauge-changing wheelset improve the versatility and reliability, and is simple in structure, small in change of current vehicle structures and facilitates batch modification of existing vehicles.
