The driving support control device for a vehicle is configured to execute driving support for responding to driver abnormality in response to it being judged that a driver of the vehicle is in an abnormal state in which it is difficult to continue driving of the vehicle. The driving support includes notification control being started after it is judged that the driver is in the abnormal state and issuing a notification to the driver for a predetermined time, and deceleration control being started after the notification control and decelerating the vehicle. The driving support control device is configured to extend the predetermined time when a predetermined operation is detected during the notification control, compared to when the predetermined operation is not detected.
