The driving support control device for a vehicle is configured to execute driving support for responding to driver abnormality in response to it being judged that a driver of the vehicle is in an abnormal state in which it is difficult to continue driving the vehicle, suspend the driving support when a predetermined cancel operation is detected a plurality of times during the driving support, and reset a count value of a detection number of the cancel operation to zero at a predetermined timing during the driving support. The driving support includes notification control being started after it is judged that the driver is in an abnormal state and issuing a notification to the driver, and deceleration control being started after a predetermined time has elapsed since the notification started and decelerating the vehicle. The predetermined timing is a timing after the notification control is ended.
