The disclosure relates to a user input device (14) for an interior of a vehicle. The user input device (14) comprises a movable part (36), a first guiding means (62), a second guiding means (80), and a haptic feedback unit (102). The first guiding means (62) confines a radial displaceability of the movable part (36) to a linear movement along a first radial displacement direction (48) and to a linear movement along a second radial displacement direction (50). The second guiding means (80) confines an axial displacement of the movable part (36) along an axial displacement axis (60) and allows a rotation of the movable part (36) around the axial displacement axis (60). The haptic feedback unit (102) creates a haptic feedback for a user (22) in response to the rotation of the movable part (36). A type of the haptic feedback depends on a direction of the radial displacement. Moreover, the disclosure is directed to a vehicle comprising the user input device (14).
