A lithium ion battery manufacturing method comprising: a step for forming a PGLYD polymer imparted with adhesiveness by forming a urethane bond on a PGLYD polymer; a step for forming a positive electrode containing lithium, iron, phosphorus, and amorphous carbon; a step for forming a negative electrode containing graphite and amorphous carbon; and a step for placing the positive electrode, the negative electrode, and a predetermined electrolyte in a predetermined container and sealing the container, wherein at least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode comprises the PGLYD polymer imparted with adhesiveness as a binder.
