SYSTEM FOR VERIFICATION OF ELECTRICAL INSULATION IN A MOTOR VEHICLE PROVIDED WITH A HIGH-VOLTAGE BATTERY

An insulation verification system for a motor vehicle provided with a high-voltage battery connected to a high-voltage bus is described, involving: a first insulation monitoring device, arranged inside the high-voltage battery, and managed and controlled by a corresponding BMS management module of the high-voltage battery; a second insulation monitoring device, arranged outside the high-voltage battery; an insulation control unit, external to the high-voltage battery and operatively coupled to the second insulation monitoring device to manage its operation. The insulation control unit implements a control logic of the insulation verification system for verification of the electrical insulation of the high-voltage bus involving an interaction, with cooperation without mutual interference, between the first and second insulation monitoring devices.
