The present invention relates to a differentiated display device, in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising a luminous system (2, 12) configured to selectively emit first (4, 14) and second (5, 15) light signals, the device (1, 10) further comprises a first (7, 17) pair of active glasses intended to be worn by a first observer, the first (7, 17) pair of glasses being equipped with a first screen (9, 19) capable of allowing vision by the first observer in a first configuration and of obscuring vision by the first observer in a second configuration, the luminous system (2, 12) and the first (7, 17) pair of glasses being synchronized so that the first screen (9, 19) is in the first configuration when the luminous system (2, 12) emits the first (4, 14) signals, and in the second configuration when the luminous system (2, 12) emits the second (5, 15) signals.
