LOAD RECEPTACLE

Described is a load receptacle (1) which is mountable on a load carrier (2) fixed to the rear of a vehicle. The load receptacle comprises a load receptacle fastening member (3) adapted to cooperate with an available counterpart of the load carrier. The load receptacle fastening member includes one of an elongate member (3) and a receiving member of a fastening structure. The elongate member is preferably a toothed strap made of synthetic material. The receiving member is adapted to detachably receive the elongate member. The receiving member is preferably a strap receiver comprising a pump buckle.
