Adapter (826) for a wiper blade, in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising a body configured to be mounted in a yoke with substantially U-shaped cross-section of a wiper arm, said body having in cross-section a substantially U-shaped form and comprising two lateral walls (826a, 826b) connected together by an upper wall (826c). The upper wall comprises a fastening means configured to be housed in at least one through-hole of said yoke, said fastening means comprising two distinct elements (850a, 850b, 850c) projecting from the upper wall, respectively bearing a contact surface (850b1, 850c1) with an edge of the same hole of the yoke, at least one (850c) of said two distinct elements being flexible. The adapter can be applied in an assembly with at least one wiper arm and/or a wiper blade.
