To reduce manufacturing tolerances, a receiving device (1) for receiving a first profile (2; 50), in particular a sealing profile for vehicle doors, is proposed, which is designed to inject-mold at least one, in particular two further profiles (4, 5, 6, 7) onto the first profile (2; 50), comprising at least two molds (3a, 3b; 30; 51, 52) in order to hold the first profile (2; 50) in each of the molds (3a, 3b; 30; 51, 52) at least in sections, with a connecting device (9, 53) for connecting two of the at least two molds (3a, 3b; 51, 52) and for aligning the first profile (2; 50), wherein the two molds connected to one another each comprise at least one receiving opening (10a, 10b) for receiving and holding the profile (2; 50) and the connecting device (9, 53), wherein the receiving opening (10a, 10b) is designed to be able to receive the first profile (2; 50) and the connecting device (9, 53) at least partially recessed in at least one of the two molds connected to one another (3a, 3b; 30; 51, 52).
