SEATING DEVICE

The invention is based on a seat device, in particular an aircraft seat device, with a seat (10a; 10b; 10c) and with a footrest device (12a; 12b; 12c), which has at least one support structure (14a; 14b; 14c) and a foot and/or leg rest element (16a; 16b; 16c) connected via the support structure (14a; 14b; 14c) to the seat (10a; 10b; 10c) and is provided to provide a leg and/or foot rest for a further seat arranged behind the seat (10a; 10b; 10c), wherein the support structure (14a; 14b; 14c) is provided to be movable between two main positions in order to form at least two functional positions (18a; 20a) of the footrest device (12a; 12b; 12c). It is proposed that the footrest device (12a; 12b; 12c) has at least one footrest element (58a; 58b; 58c), which is provided at least to provide a support surface (60a; 60c) for a foot of a passenger.
