Provided are a battery pack and an electronic apparatus including the battery pack, capable of aligning battery cells in accurate positions inside a battery pack. The battery pack includes a plurality of battery groups each having a plurality of battery cells, a pair of end plates arranged on opposite sides of the plurality of battery groups, and a middle plate placed between the plurality of the battery groups and connecting the pair of the end plates, wherein a guide protrusion extending in a preset direction to be placed between the plurality of battery cells is protruded from the middle plate, and the electronic apparatus includes the battery pack.
