A charging condition setting device according to an embodiment disclosed herein may include an extraction unit configured to extract a first critical charging condition for preventing lithium precipitation of a battery at a specified temperature, a calculation unit configured to perform a specified number of charges on a first target battery at the specified temperature based on the first critical charging condition and then calculate a first deterioration degree of the first target battery, and a diagnosis unit configured to diagnose the first critical charging condition based on the calculated first deterioration degree.
