Embodiments provide a battery pack. The battery pack includes a base plate, a thermal interface material (TIM) layer on the base plate, and a battery cell assembly on the TIM layer, and the battery cell assembly includes a plurality of battery cells arranged in a first direction, first and second side beams spaced apart from each other in the first direction with the plurality of battery cells between the first and second side beams, and a lifting band coupled to the first and second side beams.
