A simulation device according to one embodiment disclosed herein may include an interface configured to acquire at least one welding condition information for welding a lead and a tab of a battery, at least one lead condition information corresponding to the lead, and at least one tab condition information corresponding to the tab, and one or more processors, wherein the processor may diagnose a welding state of the lead and the tab by referring to the welding condition information, the lead condition information, and the tab condition information.
