BATTERY CASE AND BATTERY PACK

A battery case and a battery pack are provided. The battery case includes a top cover, a case body, and a pressing frame. The case body and the top cover cooperatively define an accommodating space configured to accommodate a battery module. The pressing frame is connected to the case body. At least a portion of the pressing frame abuts against a top portion of the battery module and presses the battery module toward a bottom portion of the case body.
