The battery pack case includes: a bottom plate and a side plate connected to the bottom plate, the bottom plate and the side plate surround to form an accommodating portion configured to accommodate a unit cell; a plurality of first insulating strips are provided on a surface of the bottom plate facing the accommodating portion, the plurality of first insulating strips are sequentially spaced along a length direction or a width direction of the bottom plate, and a glue receiving groove is formed between two adjacent first insulating strips.
