A battery data analysis system according to one embodiment disclosed herein includes an information acquisition device configured to detect ignition-on and ignition-off of a target vehicle, transmit battery data acquired from the target vehicle to a server, count the number of times the battery data is transmitted in an ignition-on section of the target vehicle, and transmit a cumulative transmission count signal to the server, and a server configured to determine a transmission state of the battery data of the target vehicle based on the result of the comparison of the number of battery data received in the ignition-on section of the target vehicle and the cumulative transmission count.
