According to an embodiment disclosed herein, an analysis device may include an information acquisition unit configured to acquire discharging data of a battery during a charging cycle, and a controller is configured to calculate a probability density function (PDF) of each of previous charging cycles based on discharging data corresponding to each charging cycle, calculate a reference usage pattern based on the probability density function of each of the previous charging cycles, calculate a traveling usage pattern based on discharging data acquired during a current charging cycle, and calculate usage change information related to the battery based on the reference usage pattern and the traveling usage pattern.
