A vehicle travel control device includes: a computation device (110); and device controllers (200 to 500) configured to control actuation of a traveling device of a vehicle. The computation device (110) includes a vehicle outdoor environment identifier (111) configured to identify a vehicle outdoor environment, route setters (112 to 115) configured to set a travel route of the vehicle, a vehicle motion determiner (116) configured to determine a target motion of the vehicle for following the set route, and physical quantity calculators (117 to 119) configured to calculate a target physical quantity to be generated by the traveling device so as to achieve the target motion. The device controllers (200 to 500) calculate a controlled variable of the traveling device such that the target physical quantity is achieved, and outputs a control signal to the traveling device.
