The present invention relates to a loading floor panel (1) for a boot of a vehicle comprising a handle (2), which forms a single body with the loading floor panel (1); the handle (2) comprises a geometry with a first wall (201) and a second wall (202); the first wall (201) comprises an inlet section (201a) that forms a first ramp and a first platform (201b); the second wall (202) comprises an upper section (202a), a second platform (202b) and a lower section (202c), such that the handle (2) is configured so that, when inserting a hand, the inlet section (201a) and the first platform (201b) guide the hand towards the lower section (202c) of the second wall (202), below the second platform (202b), thus enabling a person to lift the loading floor panel (1) with his hand.
