An optical device for mixing light from an LED assembly (210) includes a transparent body (201) having a lower surface (202A, 202B, 202C) that is substantially transparent. The optical device further includes an upper surface (204A, 204B) disposed opposite the lower surface and having a first specular layer disposed thereon. The optical device further includes a first lateral surface (206A, 206B) nextending between the lower surface and the upper surface and having a second specular layer disposed on at least a portion thereof.
