According to one aspect of the present disclosure, provided is an in-wheel working device including a rotation detection sensor coupled to a wheel bearing. The rotation detection sensor includes: a sensor stator coupled to an outer race of the wheel bearing; and a sensor rotor coupled to a hub of the wheel bearing. The sensor stator includes a printed circuit board (PCB) substrate having a surface on which a coil pattern made of a metal material is formed.
