A door structure of a vehicle includes: an outer panel (); an inner member (A) arranged on an inner side of the outer panel in a vehicle width direction; a rigid member () arranged between the inner member (A) and the outer panel (); and a vibration suppression member () arranged between the outer panel () and the rigid member (). The outer panel () includes a hem section () disposed on a periphery thereof and connected to the inner member (A) by swaging.
