A throttling heat exchange assembly. The throttling heat exchange assembly comprises a first heat exchange part (10), a bridge (20), a second heat exchange part (30), a throttling element (110), and a sensing element (250); the bridge (20) is at least partially located between the first heat exchange part (10) and the second heat exchange part (30); the bridge (20) comprises two holes and/or slots for communication facing towards the first heat exchange part (10); the bridge (20) comprises at least two holes or slots that allow communication with the second heat exchange part (30); the bridge (20) is further provided with a first mounting part (207); the sensing element (250) is fitted to the first mounting part (207); a sensing head (2501) of the sensing element (250) is located in an internal space of the bridge (20); the space where the sensing head (2501) is located is a fluid channel from one channel (103) of the first heat exchange part (10) to a channel (303) of the second heat change part (30) or a part of the fluid channel. In this case, the sensing element (250) can conveniently sense or detect parameters of a flowing fluid, such as a refrigerant; moreover, communication of the fluid between two heat exchange parts can be conveniently implemented by means of the bridge (20), the requirements of different systems can be satisfied by changing the structure of the bridge (20), system pipelines are simple, a smaller number of pipelines are provided between interfaces, and system connection is simple and convenient.
