A heat exchange assembly and a vehicle thermal management system. The vehicle thermal management system comprises the heat exchange assembly. The heat exchange assembly comprises a first heat exchange part (10), a bridging member (20), a second heat exchange part (30) and a connecting member (40), wherein the first heat exchange part (10), the bridging member (20) and the second heat exchange part (30) are fixed by means of welding. The heat exchange assembly comprises six ports, wherein the connecting member (40) is provided with at least three ports, i.e. a fourth port (54), a fifth port (55) and a sixth port (56). The bridging member (20) comprises two holes and/or grooves, which face towards the first heat exchange part (10) and are used for communication with same, and the bridging member (20) comprises at least two holes and/or grooves for being in communication with the second heat exchange part (30). Openings, of the holes and/or grooves capable of being in communication with the second heat exchange part (30) of the bridging member (20), face towards the second heat exchange part (30). By means of the bridging member (20), fluid communication between the two heat exchange parts (10, 30) can be relatively and conveniently achieved. The connecting member (40) is provided with the plurality of ports, such that a system connection is simple and convenient, different system requirements can be achieved by means of changing the structure of the bridging member (20) and the structure of the connecting member (40). The vehicle thermal management system can be suitable for various systems, such that a system pipeline is simple, and the arrangement of pipelines between the ports can be reduced.
