The present invention relates to an electric heating device which has at least two heating modules (3) and a control housing (9). Power electronics for the electrical supply of the heating modules (3) are arranged in the control housing (9).Improved operational reliability and reduced operational malfunctions as well as a simplified manufacture are achieved by an conductive conductor arrangement (100) which electrically connects an electrically conductive outer shell (7) of the respective heating module (3) to the housing, wherein the conductor arrangement (100) comprises in intermediate part (101) which rests against the housing (9) and is electrically connected to the housing (14) and to the outer shells (7)a, and wherein the conductor arrangement (100) further comprises a cover (103) which covers the intermediate part (101).The invention further relates to method for manufacturing such an electric heating device (1) and to a motor vehicle (35) with such a heating device.
