The present invention relates to an electrolyte composition including: a lithium salt; a non-aqueous organic solvent; a compound represented by a specific chemical formula; and a perfluoropolyether oligomer, a gel polymer electrolyte including a polymer network formed by the polymerization reaction of the electrolyte composition, and a lithium secondary battery including same.
